How cool, it has its uniqueness and seems nostalgic at the same time. Interested to see how it plays out.

Ah, the newgrounds maintenance and cookies interrupted my save at the time, so I had to start over.

Aside from bad luck, it's a really fun game. The art and music is great, the writing fits with how the world looks, I wanted to go looking for all the NPCs to talk to them. I like the main character's personality, disgruntled attitude. The RPG style mixed with platformer elements was pretty unique to me, and I appreciate the NPCs/lore compared to no dialogue. Obviously, the rain mechanic is center point, I love unorthodox weapons and figuring out best way to use them. I didn't experience much glitch except when you press "Leave" on shopkeeper, it doesn't close box, so you are stuck in loop unless you press "Talk/Shop". I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that.

Overall, it was a fun game. I liked the progression of each boss and their reasoning, it really tied the universe together. As someone who's never been majorly into platformers, it does stand out with all its elements considered. Very cool.
